本网站仅收集会议注册与摘要投稿所必需的信息，包括姓名、单位、科室、职称、国家或地区、邮箱、联系电话、参会意向、摘要内容及可选的Word/PDF附件。

信息用途

所提交信息仅用于会议筹备、参会联系、摘要评审、课程安排与必要的会务统计，不用于与会议无关的营销。

数据存储与访问

数据保存在安全的云端存储中，仅供持有管理员权限的会务人员通过后台访问。请勿在任何字段或附件中上传患者姓名、病历号、未脱敏影像或其他可识别身份的临床信息。

保存期限与删除

相关信息仅在会议筹备与举办所需的期限内保存，之后予以删除。如需更正或删除您提交的个人信息，请与会议组委会联系。

关于本网站

本网站由会议组委会维护，用于发布会议信息并开放注册与摘要投稿。会议日程、讲者与会场安排以正式通知为准。

This website collects only the information needed for course registration and abstract submission, including name, institution, department, professional title, country or region, email, phone number, attendance preferences, abstract content and optional Word/PDF attachments.

Purpose of use

Submitted information is used only for conference planning, participant communication, abstract review, program development and necessary operational reporting. It is not used for unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Data is kept in secure cloud storage and is accessible only to organizers with administrator access. Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, unredacted images or other identifiable clinical information.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for conference planning and operations, and is deleted afterwards. To correct or delete the information you have submitted, please contact the organizing committee.

This website is maintained by the conference organizing committee to share conference information and to open registration and abstract submission. Program, faculty and venue arrangements are subject to the official announcement.
